Meet The Staff

David Delgado, an over 35-year automotive industry expert is now the Centre Manager at Land Rover Coral Gables powered by THE COLLECTION.   David currently oversees all aspects of the all-new dealership's new and pre-owed sales department, service department, and parts operations.

Under David's leadership, Land Rover Coral Gables establishes itself as the premier destination for all things Land Rover in South Florida, embodying the brand's dedication to quality and service.

Before taking the helm of one of the largest Land Rover dealerships in the nation, David held various finance and leadership positions in several South Florida automotive dealerships. David's commitment to the highest possible standards and exceeding goals aligns with the spirit of Land Rover Coral Gables.

Philip was born in Corpus Christi, Texas and currently lives in South Florida with his family. He has over 15 years of automotive experience and gets the most out interacting with Staff and Customers to help make things happen. Outside the office, he is an F1 and MotoGP fan who loves spending time with this family.  For 9 years he lived in Colombia and is fluent in Spanish.

Jay has been with Jaguar Land Rover Coral Gables since its grand opening in 2022.

Javier is from Miami, Florida and he has been in the automotive industry for over 12 years. To him, the expression on a client's face when he hands them the keys to their new car is what makes his position the most rewarding. From the age of 14, he has been a certified scuba diver with a passion for boating and being out on the water.

Juan was born in the Dominican Republic, and currently lives in the South Florida area. He loves the challenge of earning a customers business by utilizing his personality and understanding what they want. With every new buyer comes an opportunity to meet a new person and getting to have a conversation with them Outside the office, Juan has a love for traveling that is driving him to visit every State and National Park in America. With over seven years of experience, Juan was able to win the Journey to Excellence Award. This honor is focused on performance, enhanced knowledge, and personal development.

Leonardo was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He has worked in the automotive industry for over 15 years. Previously, he was an internet manager and internet sales manager with his former automotive groups. When he isn't helping clients meet their goals, he enjoys collecting comic books and Star Wars merchandise.

Hector was born in Puerto Rico, and raised in New York. He began his automotive career in 2001 and transitioned into aviation from 2007 to 2022, until he joined our Land Rover Coral Gables team. Outside the office, he enjoys fishing, boating, and cars.

Jonathan was born in New York, raised in Miami, and comes from a Colombian family. Since 2013, he has been in the automotive industry and began working with us in 2022. He enjoys traveling when he is not helping customer meet their goals, and has visited much of Europe and Asia.

Jake was born in Pembroke Pines, Florida, and come a partially Swedish family. He has worked in Automotive since 2019, and joined our team in 2022. Jake is a 2x National Cycling Champion for the United States, and enjoys visiting the Rockies, Andes, and Alps to cycle in the mountain scenery. He is an ambassador for the Miami Blazers Cycling Organization, helping to inspire the inclusion of youth into the sport.

Scott was born and raised in South Florida. He attended the University of Central Florida and continues to be an active alumnus. Over the course of thirty plus years in the automotive industry, Scott has been able to accumulate the title of Financial Decision Maker of the Year several times. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise and we're fortunate to have him on our team. 

Erick was born in Puerto Rico, and currently resides in South Florida. He has been in the automotive industry for over 14 years - 7 of which have been with THE COLLECTION. When he's not assisting customer meet their goals, he enjoys boating and spending time with his family.

Tomas was born in the Republic of Panama and has worked over 28 years in the automotive industry. In this time, he has been awarded the title of Master Technician, Team Leader, and Shop Foreman. However, he is most proud of being awarded "Best Daddy In The World". He enjoys fishing, grilling, and smoking meats outside the office.

Peter was born in New York and was raised in South Florida. He brings over twenty-nine years of automotive experience to our team along with pure love for cars. What he really enjoys about his position is building professional teams that go above and beyond for customers. He prides himself on providing exceptional customer service to all clients.
