David Delgado, an over 35-year automotive industry expert is now the Centre Manager at Land Rover Coral Gables powered by THE COLLECTION.   David currently oversees all aspects of the all-new dealership's new and pre-owed sales department, service department, and parts operations.

Under David's leadership, Land Rover Coral Gables establishes itself as the premier destination for all things Land Rover in South Florida, embodying the brand's dedication to quality and service.

Before taking the helm of one of the largest Land Rover dealerships in the nation, David held various finance and leadership positions in several South Florida automotive dealerships. David's commitment to the highest possible standards and exceeding goals aligns with the spirit of Land Rover Coral Gables.

Philip was born in Corpus Christi, Texas and currently lives in South Florida with his family. He has over 15 years of automotive experience and gets the most out interacting with Staff and Customers to help make things happen. Outside the office, he is an F1 and MotoGP fan who loves spending time with this family.  For 9 years he lived in Colombia and is fluent in Spanish.

Alian is Cuban, raised in Miami,  and has been in the automotive industry for over twelve years. He finds the tremendous value in the day to day interactions with customers and staff, while emphasizing the need for building long term relationships with them. Outside the office, hiking and camping are his passions along with visiting national parks in the United States. He, also, enjoys investing and day trading.

Nelson was born in La Romana, Dominican Republic and moved to the city of Miami, Florida as a teenager. He enjoys connecting with clients who reward themselves with our fine vehicles, and he enjoys learning about their success stories. In his time out of the office, he is a competitive clay shooter in International Skeet Shooting and Sporting Clays. For over 15 years, he has been with THE COLLECTION, and he has been in the automotive industry for 28 years.  In 2013, he was the proud recipient of the Spirit of THE COLLECTION award.

Kenneth is a proud Miami, Florida native, with over 50 years of experience in the automotive industry. He finds motivation in exceeding client expectations and earning their trust. It is thrilling for Kenneth for apply his expertise and sharp negotiant skills to help put a deal together. Ultimately, he believed the main goal should always be making sure all parties are happy.

Christian was born in Miami, and raised in Lima, Peru. He graduated from Universidad de Lima in 2016, receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. For over 6 years, he has been in the automotive industry, and joined our team in 2021.

Javier is from Miami, Florida and he has been in the automotive industry for over 12 years. To him, the expression on a client's face when he hands them the keys to their new car is what makes his position the most rewarding. From the age of 14, he has been a certified scuba diver with a passion for boating and being out on the water.

Juan was born in the Dominican Republic, and currently lives in the South Florida area. He loves the challenge of earning a customers business by utilizing his personality and understanding what they want. With every new buyer comes an opportunity to meet a new person and getting to have a conversation with them Outside the office, Juan has a love for traveling that is driving him to visit every State and National Park in America. With over seven years of experience, Juan was able to win the Journey to Excellence Award. This honor is focused on performance, enhanced knowledge, and personal development.

Randy was born in Miami, and his parents are originally from Cuba. He has been in the automotive industry for over 17 years and previously held a General Sales Manager title with another dealership group. In his spare time, he is a passionate golfer and fisherman. Randy, also, donates regularly to the Saint Jude Children's Research Center.

Leonardo was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He has worked in the automotive industry for over 15 years. Previously, he was an internet manager and internet sales manager with his former automotive groups. When he isn't helping clients meet their goals, he enjoys collecting comic books and Star Wars merchandise.

Hector was born in Puerto Rico, and raised in New York. He began his automotive career in 2001 and transitioned into aviation from 2007 to 2022, until he joined our Land Rover Coral Gables team. Outside the office, he enjoys fishing, boating, and cars.

Jonathan was born in New York, raised in Miami, and comes from a Colombian family. Since 2013, he has been in the automotive industry and began working with us in 2022. He enjoys traveling when he is not helping customer meet their goals, and has visited much of Europe and Asia.

Jake was born in Pembroke Pines, Florida, and come a partially Swedish family. He has worked in Automotive since 2019, and joined our team in 2022. Jake is a 2x National Cycling Champion for the United States, and enjoys visiting the Rockies, Andes, and Alps to cycle in the mountain scenery. He is an ambassador for the Miami Blazers Cycling Organization, helping to inspire the inclusion of youth into the sport.

Anthony was born in Miami, and is of Cuban heritage. He has been working in the automotive industry for over 5 years. In 2019, he was bestowed the General Motors Mark of Excellence Award. He joined Land Rover Coral Gables in September of 2022. Outside of the office, his hobbies include Basketball and Baseball.

Scott was born and raised in South Florida. He attended the University of Central Florida and continues to be an active alumnus. Over the course of thirty plus years in the automotive industry, Scott has been able to accumulate the title of Financial Decision Maker of the Year several times. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise and we're fortunate to have him on our team. 

Nicholas was born in Brooklyn, NY, lived in Bergen County, NJ, and currently resides in Hollywood, FL. Nicholas implements over 35 years of automotive experience to our Jaguar and Land Rover Service teams as he strives to bring the level of excellence associated with both brands to each of our customers. Outside of the office, Nicholas is an expert at snow skiing and mountain biking.

Jesus was born in Madrid, Spain, and has been in the automotive industry since 2016 with a lifelong passion for cars. He was previously a Service Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager at a Ford dealership where his team maintained the #1 position for customer satisfaction for the South Florida region. A passion for technology has driven him love cars and motorbikes. Jesus is also a Unicef supporter, and has helped fund schools in Africa.

Michael was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and grew up in Ukiah, California. For over 11 years, he has been specialized in Automotive Service and has worked with the Jaguar Land Rover brands since 2018. His dedication to quality work allowed him to be awarded top CSI in the Mountain Region (2020 and 2021). Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with friends, attending sporting events, fishing, and golfing.

Erick was born in Puerto Rico, and currently resides in South Florida. He has been in the automotive industry for over 14 years - 7 of which have been with THE COLLECTION. When he's not assisting customer meet their goals, he enjoys boating and spending time with his family.

Henry was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He has been in the automotive industry for over 12 years and as a Dealer Rater Certified Top Rated Employee, Henry values the customer experience above all. In the years 2017,2018, and 2019, Henry won the Truly Exceptional Customer Service Awards, with his previous dealership group, and even Employee of the Month on several occasions. Henry has been with Land Rover Coral Gables since 2022. Outside of work, Henry enjoys exercising outdoors, reading, and learning how to improve his auto industry knowledge. 

John was born in Miami and his family is Cuban. He has worked in the automotive industry since 2021, accumulating certifications in ASE Brakes, ASE Power Steering and Suspension, and FADA. In 2022, he joined our team, and in his spare time he enjoys working on cars and racing.

Gusgtavo was born in Havana, Cuba and has worked in the automotive industry for 12 years. He joined our team in 2022. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Michael was born in Chapel Hill, NC and has worked in the automotive industry for over 11 years. Previously, he held Assistant Store Manager, General Manager, and Account Executive positions before joining our team in 2022. In his free time, Michael enjoys running, traveling, and investing.  American Red Cross, 4Ocean, Habitat For Humanity, Cool Effect Carbon Offsets, and Wounded Warrior Project are some of the organizations he supports.

Tomas was born in the Republic of Panama and has worked over 28 years in the automotive industry. In this time, he has been awarded the title of Master Technician, Team Leader, and Shop Foreman. However, he is most proud of being awarded "Best Daddy In The World". He enjoys fishing, grilling, and smoking meats outside the office.

Peter was born in New York and was raised in South Florida. He brings over twenty-nine years of automotive experience to our team along with pure love for cars. What he really enjoys about his position is building professional teams that go above and beyond for customers. He prides himself on providing exceptional customer service to all clients.
