Q. Is my appointment time when my vehicle will be serviced?
A. Not necessarily. Unless your appointment is specifically scheduled as a "wait" appointment, the time is reserved for you to meet with your Service Advisor to discuss your vehicle's concerns and needs. If you have a specific time requirement for when your vehicle must be ready, please inform your Service Advisor in advance.

Q. Can I wait while my vehicle is being serviced?
A. We're happy to accommodate "wait" appointments for services expected to take one hour or less. For longer repairs, we recommend leaving the vehicle with us to ensure timely completion. If you are scheduled for a "wait" appointment, please arrive on time so we can keep your visit as efficient as possible.

Q. If I need to wait and the service takes more than an hour, can I get a ride to local shops?
A. Absolutely! We're happy to provide a courtesy ride to the Village of Merrick Park and pick you up. 

Q. Do You Provide Rideshare Service?
A. Yes, we do. If you need a ride to work or home, please let us know when you schedule your service appointment, and we'll make arrangements for you.

Q. Do you provide loaner cars?
A. Yes, loaner vehicles are available by appointment only due to limited availability. Please remember to bring your driver's license, credit card, and proof of insurance to streamline the process.

Q. What Are Your Service Hours?
A. Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Q. Who do I call to make a Service Appointment?
A. You can call our Service Department and follow the prompts to schedule an appointment at 305-204-0252.

Q. Do I need an appointment if I have an emergency issue with my vehicle?
A. If your vehicle is not drivable, no appointment is required. However, please do contact our Service Department to let us know the vehicle is en route. We'll do everything we can to assist you and begin repairs as quickly as possible.
